It all started in 2012 with a stubborn girl, a big dream, and a serious sweet tooth. Determined to wow her best friend with a homemade macaron tower for her wedding, she dove headfirst into the tricky world of French pastries. Armed with nothing but online recipes and sheer determination, she baked (and sometimes failed) her way to success—proving that persistence really does pay off.
With a background in multimedia design and a serious love for anything creative, it wasn’t long before she realized photographing her colorful little creations was just as fun as baking them. Of course, more photos meant more baking—no complaints there! Noticing the traditional recipes were a little too sweet for her liking, she got to work tweaking and perfecting her own.
After endless encouragement (and a lot of taste-testing) from friends and family, Keegs and Things officially came to life—born from a passion for creativity, a love of macarons, and just a pinch of stubbornness.
