Inspired by the traditional Russian Honey Cake (Medovik), our version stays close to its roots, made with good-quality, locally sourced ingredients.
Imagine a delightful cross between a graham cracker and a soft cake—sweet, yet subtly so. Tender honey biscuit layers are stacked with a light cream filling, delicately flavoured with pure Madagascan vanilla and a hint of citrus zest for a bright, balanced finish. Topped with a sprinkle of walnut crumbs, our honey cake is a uniquely addictive treat, perfect for any occasion.

I had ordered 2 macaron towers for my wedding just over two weeks ago and it was better than what I expected! Keegs was flexible and easy to work with. All my guests commented how amazing and delicious they were and my father-in-law even asked for left overs after the wedding, unfortunately there were none left. Best macarons ever!
Keegs’ macarons are AMAZING!!! She did my wedding favours over a year ago and I still have people telling me how much they crave and dream of those macarons. I gave a bunch of spare ones away to the band and caterer before I tasted them and boy did I regret doing that!
